Planning a wedding can either be fun or stressful depending on your personality. If you love throwing parties and get-togethers, then putting a wedding together might come easy to you. These color themes may be changed based on the location of your wedding. If you are having a barn wedding, you might lean into the color of the barn and choose rustic colors that stand out against a barn backdrop. If you are getting married on the beach, you can choose bright colors that will stand out against an ocean backdrop. 

If you are getting married in a church, take into consideration the colors of the church and what colors will work best with the room. 

Choose A Color Theme That You Would Enjoy

Just because these colors are currently popular does not mean that you’ll necessarily like them. While your bridesmaids might have an opinion about the colors that they’ll be wearing, ultimately you will be the one looking back at these pictures for years to come. 

You don’t want to look back and regret the color theme you chose because it was in style or because a bridesmaid refused to wear the colors that you liked. 

Choose Colors That Compliment You

Though it might be your favorite color and you’ve always loved this color scheme, if the colors tend to make you look pale, it might not be the way to go. You can do different variations of the colors that you like to help compliment your skin tone. 

While a bright red might wash you out, a deep burgundy might complement your skin tone rather nicely. This is something to consider when creating a photo backdrop as well.
